GREAT FRIEND 

RAVESE, RICHARD T., (RICK), 59 - of Pleasantville, passed away at home, surrounded by his family on Thursday, January 20, 2005. He was a retired Police Officer serving 25 years with the City of Ventnor. Rick was past President and Delegate for the Ventnor PBA Local 97 and was a former co-chairman of the Atlantic/Cape May Co. PBA. He served with the US Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Atlantic City Moose Lodge. Rick will always be remembered for this many cars, his Harley Davidson, his Elvis memorabilia and C.R.

Predeceased by his brother Daniel, he is survived by his two daughters, Michele and husband Howard Bloom of Margate, Dena of Pleasantville, former wife Jeanne Ravese, two brothers Harry and Bobby both of Easton, PA, two sisters, Diana Gerbino of Easton, Marsha Lippencott of Gilbertsville, PA, father, Joseph and his wife Gladys of Easton, mother, Virginia Behrman and her husband Harold of Del Ray Beach, FL, granddaughter, Hailey, special friend Shari Biagi and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Monday evening 6-9pm at the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home, 1707 New Rd., Linwood, and again Tuesday 10-11am followed by an 11am service. Burial, Atlantic County Veteran's Cemetery, Estell Manor. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 626 N. Shore Rd., Absecon, NJ.
