RE: Public Comments by Joseph Gindhart
I have enclosed a transcript of a small portion of a lengthy interview on "Hurley in the Morning" on Monday, March 15, between Harry Hurley and Attorney Joseph Gindhart. I have the complete tape if anyone is interested, but this portion is of particular interest.
I, along with the general public, appreciate the hard work and dedication the committee members put into this report. Credit should go where credit is due.
It is curious that this individual would publicly declare over the airways that the report was his.

PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT OF INTERVIEW
WITH HARRY HURLEY AND JOSEPH GINDHART
Monday, March 15, 2004
HH Wouldn't law enforcement normally contact someone like you to want to sit down and say, hey Joe, we want to pick your brain. What do you know? We want to get everything you have? Has anyone ---
JG Let's put it this way. Normally, at some point in time I anticipate that they are going to talk to me. A lot of times what you will do is go do your other investigation first so they can't say and come to your conclusion - so you can't say it was tainted by me.
HH O.K... got you.
JG So they can very well now ... remember the stuff that the Freeholder Board put intheir report. I gave it to them. There was no attribution to me but all of those documents relating to the ballots and everything - where do you think they came from, they came from me.
