Dan Gallagher stated he "is holding Cheryl Banks, Ron Cash, Irv Jacoby in contempt ... For the record, Gallagher cannot hold anyone in contempt ... He and Callaway are out of control ... You could see, the immense pressure brought on by the highly active criminal investigation being conducted by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office ... Also noteworthy is the fact that Attorney Fred Bor (representing Cheryl Banks) formally asked for Callaway to recuse himself, due to the pending criminal investigation/complaint ... Callaway refused to recuse himself ... so Banks was advised not to testify before the Callaway/Gallagher joke hearings ... Also interesting, Assistant City Business Administrator Dominic Cappella sang like a "birdie" for Callaway tonight ... Cappella testified under oath that he purchased a fund raising ticket inside City Hall ...
