IT IS TIME
FOR JEFF BLITZ
TO GO ...

WE BELIEVE THIS
QUALIFIES AS
PROSECUTORIAL ABUSE ... THIS
SHOULD BE REVIEWED ...

BELIEVE IT OR NOT ...
ATLANTIC COUNTY
PROSECUTOR
JEFF BLITZ
TRIED TO HAVE
BOB McDEVITT
& 2 OTHER UNION LEADERS
INDICTED
ON A 4TH
DEGREE
FELONY

This is outrageous, disgusting and disgraceful ... Thankfully our Grand Jury system worked and McDevitt ... Kevin Kline and Scott Cooper were NOT INDICTED ... But, the point is .... Jeff Blitz tried ... It is time for him to go ...

I will get to the details of the Grand Jury situation ... but, first a word about Jeff Blitz ...

Jeff Blitz is a man who refuses to go after political corruption ... Election fraud corruption and yet, he went out of his way to try to garner a 4th degree felony indictment of Bob McDevitt and two other innocent men ... This situation is outrageous ... Blitz and his operating tactics need to be investigated ...

Now, for the facts regarding the Blitz effort to indict three (3) good people ... Note: Blitz doesn't investigate and prosecute bad people many times ... But, he has no problem going after good people ... This is sick ... And we are beyond outraged by it ...

As you no doubt recall from recent history ... Most all Local 54 charges stemming from the Job action last year were handled very appropriately in our local courts ... The Judge was supremely fair and did a great job in discharging his duties and meting out a fair punishment for the actions of certain Local 54 Members during the strike ... We commend and have no problem with the actions and of this part of the process ...

However, Jeff Blitz, a selective prosecutor at best ... went after Bob McDevitt, Kevin Kline and Scott Cooper with all he had ...

You know that McDevitt is the President of Local 54 Unite/Here ... Kevin Kline is the Staff Director of Local 226, in Las Vegas ... a union with 50,000 members ... Cooper is from the Unite side of the new Unite/Here (merged) Union .... He is presently directing Union operations in Mississippi ...

The background here is to illustrate that we're talking about decent, responsible people in Union positions at a very high level ... The day in question, featured 12,000 Local 54 Members in solidarity ... In truth, there was not a single police incident of any consequence to speak of ...

They were exercising their protected right of free speech ... Hey, did anyone block part of a street, or, some other civilized act of disobedience ... I'm sure they did ... But, come on ... Did anyone do anything to get indicted?

Jeff Blitz should be absolutely ashamed of himself ...

Thankfully, the Grand Jury smacked Blitz and his political bull right between the eyes and refused to indict McDevitt, Kline and Cooper ...

What a blessing that our Grand Jury system worked on this occasion ... Imagine, had Blitz had his way ... he would have had three decent and honorable men indicted ... Most all of us know that an "indictment" is merely an allegation ... a "charge" ... However, in our "hit and run/slash and burn" society, the word "indictment" has been twisted to mean actual guilt ...

Jeff Blitz tried to do this to good people ... And it's not the first time ... He should not be in a position of this level of responsibility, trust and authority ... His actions of the past and present call his motives into question ...

Just a few examples ... Remember the two women who had something like 2 absentee ballotsin their possession? Blitz slammed them with charges ... Yet, Blitz has not lifted a finger to address proven and substantial election fraud which has been regularly occurring ... Remember when Blitz overzealously prosecuted a former Atlantic City Police Officer named Tad Lorenzo?

Bob McDevitt did not even want to dignify this situation ... He refused any and all comment about Blitz ... And would only say that he "was pleased that our Grand Jury System worked so well ... It speaks for itself ... and upholds the high ideals and standard of the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution," said McDeviit.

McDevitt is a highly professional and good man ... Many would have a lot more to say then these polished and decent words ...

We are in disbelief that Blitz would actually waste the time and money of the hard working taxpayers of Atlantic County to pursue such phony charges as this ...

Jeff Blitz should be ashamed of himself ... Sadly, he's obviously not!
