I can't help but recall that the local media refused to even report when former Atlantic City Mayor Jim Whelan caused an automobile accident ... and left the scene of the accident and never reported his accident ... This was on election eve, several years ago ... However, today, the local media is all over the news, reporting today that Mayor Lorenzo Langford WAS NOT involved in an accident ... Hence, the moral of this story ... It is better to be the cause of an accident ... even a "hit and run" ... then it is to not even be involved in an accident ... This must be true ... because Langford is receiving media coverage about a false rumor ... Yet, by comparison, the local media wouldn't tell the truth about what Whelan did!
