WE HAVE CAUGHT
CRAIG CALLAWAY
IN A POLITICAL LIE!

Further, Callaway has used the Atlantic City Press to perpetrate this lie ...

Callaway has once again generated Atlantic City Press coverage ... affording him the opportunity to politically attack Mayor Lorenzo Langford ...

Callaway has accused Mayor Langford of working to keep AC Council meetings from being seen on local TV channel 2 ...

However, a "Hurley in the Morning"/HarryHurley.com investigation has easily confirmed that Callaway had full knowledge of the current situation involving local Atlantic City TV Channel 2 ... Yet, he has falsely accused Mayor Langford and Superintendent Fred Nickles

Here is the proof ... (we hereby) provide you with a copy of an October 12, 2004 memorandum from Derek Cason to Assistant Superintendant, Donna Haye ... Callaway was provided a copy of this memorandum ...

In light of this truth being revealed ... we ask the following questions: What was Callaway trying to "pull" here? Also, does the AC Press and writer John Brand feel duped? Will the AC Press now expose Callaway and reveal this memo to the public?

Here's the Cason memo as follows:

Re:        Status of AC-TV Channel 2

AC-TV channel 2, the P.E.G. television station operated by the Board of Education for the City of Atlantic City, is in danger of not being able to play videos on the air. We currently have only one VHS tape deck to play video tapes. Our normal operational status is four VHS decks. Since City Council meetings typically are delivered from Comcast on two or three tapes, we no longer have the capability of playing these meetings on the air.

We currently have no supply of video tapes and I have started purchasing video tapes, both VHS and miniDV, out of my own pocket in order to record Atlantic City High School Football games for Channel 2.

I do not possess an operational digital camera and even though Mr. Wesley, the ACHS Graphics Communications teacher has allowed me to borrrow his numerous photo shoots, this is inconvenient and inefficient for him, his students, and myself.

A budget for District Public Information supplies was submitted on last year to Marilyn Cohen. Numerous requests for supplies have received no response.

It is my understanding that no funds were budgeted for AC-TV Channel 2 or for district public information for the fiscal year (2004-05). In the past, the funds to operate AC-TV channel 2 have come from the Data Center's budget, or the Superintendent's budget.

Please advise.
